Chopper Surplus is one of the largest aftermarket parts dealers in Northern Wisconsin. We are committed to providing top-quality aftermarket parts and accessories to riders and small builders around the world. We currently supply a number of small shops and builders in the upper midwest with parts and accessories. We also build a few custom bikes a year (if we feel like it!)

Our focus is "choppers" and other custom motorcycles. While we can get you replacement parts for "baggers" or stock bikes, we simply do not have the space nor time do add these items to our online store. If you would like information or a price quote on replacement and stock parts, please use our Order By Part # tool.
We no longer offer repair or machining services to the general public, but if you are in need of these services, we may be able to direct you to those who do.
We also visit many of the major bike rallies each year, but don't look for our both because you won't find one -- we are there to party, not work.
