Prices
All prices and descriptions contained in this catalog are subject to change without prior notice.
Our vendors changes prices and suspend products without notice, so unfortunately we forced to do
the same. We will notify you if a price change has occurred on an item before shipping it.
Payment
The following types of payment are accepted:
- Personal Check -- please allow 7-21 days for check to clear.
- Cashiers Check / Money Order
- Visa
- Master Card
- Pay Pal
- NO CODS
- No cash or change

Listed below are the basic shipping rates for UPS ground. All foreign, APO/FPO, and Non-continental US states and territories are shipped US Postal Service. Note that special rates apply to
international and oversized shipments.

Warranty
All warranties are with the individual manufacturer and NOT Chopper Surplus. We can provide you with any specific warranty information you require prior to purchase. No warranty coverage is provided on exhaust and muffler components for discoloration.
Returns
In order to return items to Chopper Surplus, the following conditions must be met:
- Returns shipped no later than 30 days after ordering.
- Item(s) must be returned in the original packaging.
- Item(s) cannot be visibly worn, used, or damaged, and must be in sellable (like-new) condition.
This is verified at our discretion.
- A short note accompanies the return detailing invoice #, order date, and reason for return.
- Up to a 25% restocking fee is applied on some items.
- All returns shipping are prepaid by the customer; Chopper Surplus will not accept CODs.
However, if its our mistake, we'll pay the shipping. Oversized items including (but not limited to)
frames, bike kits, motors, bike lifts are not included.
- We cannot accept returns on electronics or electrical devices that have been installed due to the
nature of the product. We cannot accept returns on opened books or software for the
same reason.
- No returns on exhaust components that have been installed and run.
- No Returns allowed on used, close out, or special-order items.
